How The Vital-Link Home Medical Alert Services Work
If you fall, are in need of help, feel uncomfortable, or just need to speak to someone, push the medical alert pendant worn around your neck or on your wrist.
This medical alert pendant activates your Vital-Link console which will dial the Vital-Link Medical Alert Monitoring Response Center.
One of our trained Vital-Link monitors will speak to you through your Vital-Link console and ask if you need help.
Based on your response or if you are unable to answer, the Vital-Link monitor will send the appropriate help. In case of a heart attack, stroke or other medical emergency, Vital-Link will contact emergency medical services and have them sent out immediately. We will also notify a neighbor, family member, or whomever else you have requested.
