Dear Mark (Owner)

On Sept. 2nd, 2006 one of the nicest women (name unknown) saved my life.  I don't remember much except how nice & calm she was.  Shortly after talking with her I apparently was in & out.  The doctors said my carbon monoxide levels were so elevated that they didn't think I would make it.  Without her I wouldn't have!  I'm sure you've heard commercials where people say - "That's the smartest decision I ever made".  Well in this case it's true.  Thanks is not enough Mark, but please let them / her know how grateful I am.  You all have a very important job - Thanks for being there when we need you.

We just started your service for my mother-in-law, D.W. this week.  Tonight she fell and had she not had your service she may have been on the floor all night.  My wife got your call and I went down to help her.  Thankfully she was not hurt very bad.  She couldn't get up by herself.  Thanks to your service things turned out for the best.  I would like to thank you and would recommend your Vital-Link Service to any elderly person living alone.

I am her only child and her only family member on the West Coast (along with my husband, of course), so I am very protective of her & want her to be safe. I am enclosing the Vital-Link Equipment that was issued to us for my Mother, J.W. As I mentioned to you on the phone, she is currently hospitalized and we feel it is unlikely that we will need this equipment any time soon. Thanks again and God bless you for your kindness with my patient! My employer is Health Quality Partners and we are currently piloting a Medicare study to see if a nurse care manager can make a difference in monitoring patients over 65 with chronic conditions. Needless to say there is an opportunity for many referrals in the future. There will be about 650 intervention pts. By the time we are finished enrolling ....Have a great day! PS-I called my pt.
